This module aims to introduce design methodology through the entire design cycle from establishing users' needs, generating creative concepts to developing fabricable engineered solutions;
To develop knowledge of machine elements and mechanical systems;
To develop enhanced skills in using CAD tools, communicating effectively in a team environment and operating machine tools for manufacturing and testing of design.

LO1 - Demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of design methodology and apply them in solving real life design problems. |
