LO1 - To apply the basic principles of noise generation and control in all cases where it is required . |

LO2 - To understand the development of world-wide legislation to ensure the health and safety of individuals exposed to noise and the comfort of those exposed to environmental noise. |

LO3 - To be able to apply advanced noise control methodology and to understand the concepts behind this methodology so that further development can be undertaken by the students in their engineering workplace. |
