The aim of this module is to enable students to undertake a year- long group-based project and to develop practical skills in a range of engineering and management disciplines. These include design, manufacture, materials selection, market research, testing, assembly, production organisation, development of business plans and risk assessments together with the development of team work, oral presentations, project management and industrial awareness.
