	LO1 - Identify, analyse and select research material appropriate for use in design work and present this in a clear and concise report.
	LO2 - Synthesise and propose a range of new and innovative design solutions to a clearly defined design problem.
	LO3 - Critically review materials and manufacturing processes to determine component and assembly detail and overall product costings.
	LO4 - Organise, plan and manage project workload and timescales to meet exacting deadlines.
	LO5 - Write a clear and concise technical specification detailing and justifying material choices, proposed quantities, manufacturing tooling, parts analysis and costs.
